Order Processing

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days prior to shipment. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are calculated at checkout and are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Potential Delays

As a small handmade business, delays may occasionally occur due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • Increased order volume

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If a significant delay occurs prior to shipment, we will notify the customer when possible.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery confirmation. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
